This blog recently turned 7 years old.
(Mini heart attack break here. Time does fly like crazy.)
I started it after I got my first job in advertising, thinking that if I’m going to work in digital marketing, I might as well practice what I preach and learn by doing.
In the 7 years that have passed since, I’ve worked in advertising, PR, marketing, CRO, I took up trail running, yoga, bootcamp, started to love cats, not just dogs, learned how to cook a proper mamaliga, moved to Spain, bought my first road bike, became a certified nutrition coach, and started working with athletes. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
I started it as a marcomm blog, but as I began running, going to competitions and changing my lifestyle, I also started sharing more about it here. It wasn’t long before it became obvious that what I love writing most about is sports, healthy lifestyle, and sharing some of my traveling and running adventures. And my readers (hi, mom!) proved to be very interested in my athletic and nutritional experiments.
The blog has been growing steadily in the last few years, and I can say that the last 6 months have brought the biggest growth so far. It makes perfect sense as I can also see there’s way more interest in spending time outdoors, eating healthier, and building better habits. The world is waking up.
For the past two years my blog has been on ZeList & Biz Magazine’s list of top 10 Romanian blogs on sports and lifestyle.

Now I’m happy to share the next milestone: I’ve recently become part of ARBO Media’s influencer network. This means that new cool projects are on their way. It’s also a motivation for me to work even harder on my content here.
